LOUNGERS OPENS VIENTO LOUNGE IN DAVENTRY, BRINGING 30 LOCAL JOBS AND COMMUNITY BENEFITS

We are pleased to announce that Loungers plc, the renowned West Country-based café/bar group, has successfully opened Viento Lounge in Daventry, creating approximately 30 local jobs. Loungers has secured Unit 29 at Bowen Square Daventry occupying a 3,217 sq. ft space that has been expertly transformed from the former HSBC premises.

Martin Wade, Associate Director and Asset Manager at Bowen Square, expressed his enthusiasm: "We are thrilled to welcome Loungers to Bowen Square. This is the 7th Loungers in the M Core portfolio, and we look forward to continuing our relationship with them. Their unique offering will undoubtedly enhance the retail and leisure experience for our visitors in Daventry and will be a great benefit to the community, making Bowen Square a nightlife destination along with a thriving retail offering."

The interior of Viento Lounge features heavily patterned wallpapers, tiling, and stripped wooden floors. Visitors can enjoy oversized vintage sofas, upholstered lounge chairs, eclectic artwork, and statement wall and pendant lighting, all contributing to a variety of cosy and elegant drinking and dining areas.
